How long after placing my order can l expect to receive it?

Upon receiving payment for your goods (or copy of remittance for bank transfers) we will dispatch your order within 2 business working days. If you need your order quicker than this please email us at info@healthyangels.com.au.

Healthy Angels is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products.  We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a back order or a full refund.

What about if l am not home to receive my order?

If you provide authority to leave with clear instructions of where to leave your goods we can arrange for the courier to do this. Alternatively you might want to have your order delivered to either yours or your partners work address particularly if you are ordering the food colourings which require refrigeration (okay non refrigerated for transportation) to maintain colour intensity or the yoghurt/ choc covered rice cakes in the warmer months.

If you are not home and have not provided authority to leave your parcel you may be responsible for redelivery costs

What is your returns policy?

Unfortunately we are unable to accept any returns on all food items but happy to provide an exchange on any other product provide it is in its original condition. This is at your cost. You need to notify us within 7 days of receiving your order should you wish to return an item.

If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase please let us know why.

If in the instance (highly unlikely) the manufacturer alters the ingredients within the food items and there is a discrepancy between these and those listed on our website we will in this instance accept returns.

My child has several food allergies how can l trust the information you have provided is correct?

All information within our product descriptions has been taken directly from the manufacturer and are subject to change without notice therefore we accept no responsibility for incorrect information. You should first check the product descriptions, ingredients or contact the manufacturer and make your own informed choice.

Please note all information on our website is for general use only and that we do not endorse any particular product as each families circumstances are unique. We will not provide any advice on the nutritional or health content of products sold.

You claim to stock healthy products, so why do you have lollipops and chocolate rice bars?

Kid are kids and as a mum of three l did not want my kids to feel left out or as if they are missing out on things that their friends are having. If you look carefully at the ingredients of all items we stock, the products are actually good for them.

For example, the Yummy earth lollipops consist of pumpkin, black carrots and other fruit and vegetables… sounds disgusting but tastes awesome! Kids are happy they are getting a lollipop, mums and dads are even happier because there are no artificial colours, flavours or additives!

I would like to find out more about 'hidden nasties', where can l get this information from?

What happens if supply the incorrect delivery address?

If you supply us with the incorrect delivery address and your goods are delivered to the incorrect address you are responsible for this. Unfortunately we are unable to accept any liability. If however, the goods are delivered to the incorrect address in error by our couriers this is the responsibility of Healthy Angels to rectify this as soon as possible.

What happens if I cancel my order?

If you decide to cancel your order once it has been processed and payment has been made we are happy to do this but you will be charged a $5.00 cancellation fee.

If your order has already been dispatched we are unable to accept cancellation.
